c/o Hotels - Merchandise

Planeta has with c/o Hotels created a merchandise program focused on key strategies to further build the c/o Hotels brand. One of these strategies is to capitalize on storytelling from the surroundings of each hotel and reflect this in the products. It is an opportunity to communicate what each hotel represents and bring them all forward under the c/o Hotels brand. The first products to enter the market are three tea canisters made for c/o Grythyttans Gästgivaregård, c/o The Maidstone and c/o Häringe Slott containing high quality teas with natural ingredients typical for each hotel. We hope you'll have them beaming on a kitchen shelf in your home soon.

Challenge: To communicate the Hotels interconnections and to find clever marketing channels to do this.

Insight: c/o Hotels is a joint brand over several already strong brands. Merchandise is a great way of further strengthening each brand and at the same time incorporate them under c/o Hotels.

Result: Eye-catching design that carries strong storytelling about each hotel. To be launched in 2011.
